Guilty as accused, and I'm guilty of darkness far worse, more often then not due to my ways with the ladies and booze. Lord knows all of it’s true but I ain't schizo.

The facts is this:
• A guy freaked out on drugs and tried to kill me.
  
• I was stabbed in the face neck and shoulder with a butcher knife.
  
• I got myself to the hospital covered in blood, holding my spraying neck.
  
• I spent the next 3 days in two emergency rooms, then three weeks in bed.
  
• Over a month has passed and I ain't finished healing.
  
• most of all... I almost died.

MONTREAL -- A man is in critical condition in a Montreal hospital after being stabbed Thursday night, probably in a Mile End apartment building. The accused attacker, a 19-year-old, was arrested and is being questioned. Around 4 a.m. a prowler outside the Pine St. apartment caught the attention of a police patrol car. When the individual entered the apartment, the police officers followed. Inside they found evidence of a violent encounter. Some time earlier, a man had arrived at the nearby Hôtel-Dieu hospital with serious injuries. Police then established the link with the arrest of the other man. The details of the attack are still unclear. An investigation is under way.

MONTREAL - Montreal police are investigating a violent attack in the city's Plateau district. At about 4 a.m. Friday, officers saw a man run into an apartment building near the intersection of Pine Avenue and Saint Laurent. Police spokesperson Annie Lemieux says the officers followed the man into the building. "So the police officers followed the guy in and saw traces of violence on the scene, so [they] proceeded to the arrest of this person, and took him to the investigation centre for questioning," Lemieux says.
Lemieux says officers then followed a trail of blood that led them to the nearby Hôtel Dieu Hospital. She says that's where they found a 38-year-old man with severe wounds, likely caused by a sharp object. He's in stable condition. Lemieux says police do not yet know what may have provoked the attack.

Vers quatre heures, la curiosité des patrouilleurs de la police de Montréal a été suscitée par la présence d'un rôdeur près de l'édifice à appartements, situé sur la rue des Pins, près de l'intersection du boulevard Saint-Laurent.
Lorsque l'individu est entré à l'intérieur, les policiers en ont fait autant. C'est là qu'ils ont trouvé de nombreuses traces de violence.
Un peu plus tôt, un homme s'était présenté au pavillon Hôtel-Dieu du CHUM, situé tout près de là, avec de graves blessures.
La police a ensuite fait le lien avec l'arrestation de l'autre homme. On ignore tout du mobile de l'agression; une enquête est en cours.

Un homme de 38 ans a réussi à se rendre à pied aux urgences de l'Hôtel-Dieu après été poignardé avec un couteau de boucherie par son colocataire. Le drame est survenu vers 4h hier matin dans un appartement de i'avenue des Pins, à Montréal. Les policiers ont arrêté par hasard le suspect de 19 ans, qui se trouvait dans la rue, près des lieux du crime. C'est l'attitude étrange du jeune homme qui a mis la puce à l'oreille des patrouilleurs. Visiblement agité, il leur a lancé de la monnaie et ses gants dès qu'il les a aperçus. Les agents l'ont interpellé sur-le-champ et ont suivi les traces de sang qui se rendaient jusqu'au logement où est survenue l'agression. Ils ont ensuite suive les traces qui se rendaient jusqu'à l'Hôtel-Dieu, non loin de là. La victime, toujours hospitalisée hier après-midi, a été poignardée à l'épaule et au cou, mais ses blessures ne font pas craindre pour sa vie. Quant au suspect, il semble que les stupéfiants qu'il aurait consommés lui aient complètement fait perdre la tête. En plein délire, il aurait litteralemont (chargé) son colocataire avec le couteau de boucherie. Il risque d'être accusé d'agression armée ou de tentative de meurtre.
